DECISION COUNSELORS: Welcome those who choose to come forward on Sunday morning, desiring membership and/or baptism, and share next steps with them.
GREETERS: A warm smile, a firm handshake, these are the experiences that make a church a home. As a greeter you set the tone of a person’s visit by creating a welcoming environment. It’s also a great opportunity to make a ton of new friends that you’ll soon call family.
MEMBERSHIP DISCOVERY VOLUNTEER: Volunteer with our monthly Membership Discovery class as guests explore Tallowood and what it means to be a part of the body of Christ.
USHERS: Located just inside the Worship Center doors, Ushers greet members and visitors as they arrive and help direct them to empty seats in the Worship Center, as well as, assist those who need special seating or accommodations. Other responsibitilies include handing out worship guides and meetin special needs as they arise.
NOTE WRITERS: Write notes of welcome and encouragement to our guests.
PHONE VOLUNTEER: Call our guests to thank them for coming, offer prayer, answer questions they have about the church, and encourage them throughout the week.
